Audi e-tron GT Launching Soon Range Upto 500 Km

German luxury carmaker Audi is all set to launch all-new Audi e-tron GT in India. It is another electric car in India and has started booking for its new electric sedan from today.

Luxury carmaker Audi India is all set to launch its new electric car Audi e-tron GT in the Indian market. The company had released a teaser of the new electric car a few days back, after which the company has started accepting bookings for the car from today.

According to the information received, bookings for the Audi e-Tron GT electric car have started from the company’s website. The company launched the Audi E-Tron and E-Tron Sportback electric cars in India earlier this year, both of which have received good responses. The company is expected to launch a new e-tron GT sedan electric car on September 22.

E-Tron GT Range

The E-Tron GT, an electric car, was earlier launched in the international market in February. In the global market, this car comes in two variants, e-tron GT Quattro and RS e-tron GT. Both the trims of the E-Tron GT have an 85 kWh lithium-ion battery. It has an electric motor that gives 469 hp power. So, the RS variant generates 590 hp of power. According to media reports, the E-Tron GT offers a driving range of 488 kilometers on a single full charge and RS trim up to 471 kilometers on a single charge. So, the Audi E-Tron can reach 100 kmph in just 4.1 seconds and the RS version can reach 100 kmph in 3.3 seconds.

E-Tron GT Features

Audi e-Tron GT features a digital driver display in the cabin and Audi’s latest MMI touchscreen infotainment system. There will also be sporty seats, instrumentation, and ambient lighting features like physical knobs, powered front seats, and RS-specific bits for climate control. Once launched in India, Audi’s new electric car will compete with Tesla’s upcoming Model S, Mercedes-Benz EQC, and Porsche Taycan. But it is not yet known in which variant the e-tron GT sedan will be launched in India.
