The company is expected to launch a new e-tron GT sedan electric car on September 22.
E-Tron GT Range
The E-Tron GT, an electric car, was earlier launched in the international market in February. In the global market, this car comes in two variants, e-tron GT Quattro and RS e-tron GT. Both the trims of the E-Tron GT have an 85 kWh lithium-ion battery. It has an electric motor that gives 469 hp power. So, the RS variant generates 590 hp of power. So, the Audi E-Tron can reach 100 kmph in just 4.1 seconds and the RS version can reach 100 kmph in 3.3 seconds.
E-Tron GT Features
Audi e-Tron GT features a digital driver display in the cabin and Audi’s latest MMI touchscreen infotainment system. There will also be sporty seats, instrumentation, and ambient lighting features like physical knobs, powered front seats, and RS-specific bits for climate control. Once launched in India, Audi’s new electric car will compete with Tesla’s upcoming Model S, Mercedes-Benz EQC, and Porsche Taycan. But it is not yet known in which variant the e-tron GT sedan will be launched in India.
