Mahindra & Mahindra’s long-awaited 7-seater SUV is expected to launch soon. The company’s Mahindra XUV 700 has now reached the final stages of testing. The Mahindra XUV 700 is the company’s premium SUV. According to new media reports, the company may unveil its new SUV next month, in July. A few days later, Mahindra will launch this powerful premium SUV in the Indian market.

XUV 700 Competition In India

The new Mahindra XUV700 will be an upgraded version of the XUV500. In the Indian market, Mahindra XUV 700 will be accompanied by Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus and Hyundai Alcazar which will be launched in a few days.

Premium SUVs will have the latest features.

This premium SUV will have many features like electronic parking brakes and an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). In addition, for safety, Mahindra XUV700 can have 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX child seat mount with 44 disc brakes. In addition, there will be LED daytime running lights, full LED headlights, a new large grille, sporty alloy wheels, and new horizontally mounted LED taillights. Also, features like automatic climate control, sunroof are also available. The cabin of the new Mahindra XUV700 is expected to have a large single unit screen in the Mercedes-Benz style. It will have split infotainment and instrument cluster. Also, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto will be supported. The XUV700’s dashboard features a leather finish, silver accents underneath, wooden finished door panels, and a new flat-bottom steering wheel.

It is expected to get a 2.2-liter diesel unit, which produces 153 bhp and 360 Nm of peak torque. So, the option of a 2.0-liter mStallion turbocharged petrol engine may also be available. It produces 188 bhp of power and 380 Nm of torque. The XUV700 can support a new hybrid powertrain or plug-in hybrid technology, or it can come with an all-electric powertrain option.

How much can be Mahindra XUV700

Mahindra XUV 700 will be available in the Indian market along with Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus, and Hyundai Alcazar which will be launched in a few days. Therefore, the price of this car is likely to be in the range of Rs 15 lakh.
