Schedule

World Cup 2023 Semi Final
The Kolkata Eden Gardens and Mumbai Wankhede Stadium will host the semi-finals on November 16 and 17. Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium hosts the final on November 19.

Qualification – World Cup 2023
All of Super League, Play-Off, and Qualifier will count towards ICC World Cup 2023 qualification. Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, India, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, the West Indies, and Zimbabwe compete in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League from July 2020 to March 2023. Every squad plays a total of eight opponents over the course of four home-and-away 3-game series. Only the top seven teams in the league will advance to the ICC World Cup in 2023; the next best five will compete in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier Play-Off.
Six teams will compete in the 2023 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier Play-Off in New Zealand. These teams include the four worst finishers from the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League and the two best teams from the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Challenge Leagues A and B. Two teams will advance to the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier Playoffs based on their performance in the play-off.
From June 18 to July 9, 2023, 10 teams will compete in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier in Zimbabwe. These teams come from the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League’s bottom five spots, League 2’s top three, and the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier Play-Off’s top two. The top two teams in the qualifying tournament will advance to the 2023 ICC World Cup.

The top four teams at the end of the round-robin stage will qualify for the semi-finals. If two or more teams are tied on points, the following criteria will be used to determine the order:

Winners Prize Money
The winner of the ICC World Cup 2023 will be decided by the final match on November 19 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The winner will receive a trophy and a prize money of USD 4 million.
