Who is Jintimani Kalita?
Jintimani Kalita is a young and talented Indian cricketer from Assam who has made a name for himself in the domestic circuit. She was born on December 25, 2003 in Sonitpur, Assam. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler.
Jintimani made his debut for Assam in the Vijay Hazare Trophy in October 2019. He played in four matches and picked up four wickets at an average of 38.75. He also scored 23 runs with the bat at an average of 11.50.
Jintimani Kalita Debut
In December 2019, Jintimani Kalita made his first-class debut for Assam in the Ranji Trophy against Services. He took three wickets in the first innings and one wicket in the second innings. In the same season, he played four more matches for Assam and took a total of 13 wickets at an average of 30.23.
Jintimani talent was noticed by the Rajasthan Royals team management, and he was picked up by the franchise in the IPL 2021 auction for his base price of INR 20 lakhs.
