New 2023 Tata Nexon 7 Seater Model

Expected Engine:

The Tata Nexon 7 Seater Model is likely to share the same engine options as the 5 seater version. This means that it will have a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine that produces 118 bhp and 170 Nm of torque, and a 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine that delivers 113 bhp and 260 Nm of torque. Both engines will be pair with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed AMT gearbox. There is also a possibility that Tata Motors will offer a hybrid or an electric version of the 7 seater Nexon in the future.

Expected Dimensions:

The Tata Nexon 7 Seater Model will have a longer wheelbase and length than the 5 seater version, to accommodate the third row of seats. However, it will retain the same width and height as the current model, to maintain its compact SUV stance. The expected dimensions of the 7 seater Nexon are as follows: Length – 4,300 mm, Width – 1,811 mm, Height – 1,607 mm, Wheelbase – 2,650 mm.

Expected Boot Space:

The boot space of the Nexon 7 Seater Model will depend on the configuration of the seats. With all three rows in use, the boot space will be minimal, around 100 litres. However, with the third row folded down, the boot space will increase to around 350 litres. And with both the second and third rows folded down, the boot space will be a massive 690 litres.

Expected Ground Clearance:

The ground clearance of the Tata Nexon 7 Seater Model will be similar to that of the 5 seater version, which is 209 mm. This is one of the highest ground clearances in the segment, which gives the Nexon an edge over rough roads and speed bumps.
