The battery of both the SUVs is based on lithium-ion technology and supports fast charging. The Nexon EV facelift supports both AC and DC charging, while the XUV400 supports only DC charging. The Nexon EV facelift can be charged from 0 to 80% in one hour with a DC charger, or in eight hours with an AC charger. The XUV400 can be charged from 0 to 80% in one hour and fifteen minutes with a DC charger. The XUV400 also has a unique feature of vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-load facility, which allows it to charge other electric vehicles or electronic appliances.
