Tata Motors, one of the leading automobile manufacturers in India, is gearing up to launch a new compact SUV in the Indian market, which is likely to be Called the Curvv.

The interior of the Curvv is impressively spacious and focused, with premium materials and finishes. The Curvv has a dual-tone dashboard, with a touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate control, steering-mounted controls, and a digital instrument cluster.

The Curvv will be powered by a turbocharged 1.2-litre petrol engine that produces 125PS of power and 225Nm of torque. The transmission options are yet to be confirmed, but one of them could be a dual-clutch transmission (DCT).

The Curvv will offer a smooth and refined driving experience, with a balanced suspension setup and a responsive steering system. The Curvv will also have various driving modes to suit different terrains and conditions. The Curvv will have a fuel efficiency of around 18 kmpl for the petrol variant and 22 kmpl for the diesel variant.

The Curvv will have a high level of safety and security, with up to six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), rear parking sensors and ISOFIX child seat anchors. The Curvv will also have ABS with EBD, brake assist, hill hold control, traction control, and tyre pressure monitoring system.

The Curvv is expected to be launched in April 2024, with an expected price range of Rs. 10.50 - 15 lakhs. The Curvv will compete with the likes of Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen Taigun, Toyota Hyryder, Skoda Kushaq, Maruti Grand Vitara, Honda Elevate, Citroen C3 Aircross and MG Astor.
