The Thar EV is also known as the Thar.e, and it will be showcased on August 15 in South Africa. The Thar EV is expected to have a bigger and more powerful battery pack than the XUV400 electric SUV, and two motors for 4X4 performance.
The Thar EV will likely offer a long range to suit its off-roading capabilities, and it could be priced between Rs 20 lakh and Rs 25 lakh.
