The company will start selling its electric cars with the Model-3. The Tesla model will come to India in the form of a completely built unit (CBU). The car could cost around Rs 55 lakh in India. Once charged, the car can cover a distance of 500 km. Its top speed is 162 km per hour. This car can reach a speed of 0 to 100 kmph in 3.1 seconds.

Volvo XC40 Recharge

Volvo introduced the new XC40 recharge about two months ago. XC40 is Upcoming Electric Cars in India. This will be Volvo’s first all-electric car in India. The company will start pre-booking of this electric SUV from next month and delivery will start by October 2021. It will have a 150 KW motor, which will generate 402 bhp of power and 660 Nm of torque. This car can reach a speed of 0 to 100 km per hour in just 4.6 seconds.

Audi e-Tron Upcoming Electric Cars

Audi India has announced the launch of e-Tron and e-Tron Sportback cars this year. This will be Audi’s first electric car in the Indian market. The motor provided in both the cars will generate 355 bhp of power and 561 Nm of torque. The range of this train is said to be 452 km. The car could be priced at Rs 1.40 crore.

Mahindra eKUV 100

Indian automaker Mahindra is all set to launch the eKUV 100 in the next few months. It is priced at Rs 8.25 lakh (ex-showroom). It will be powered by a 40KW motor that will produce 53 bhp of power and 120 Nm of torque. This car was introduced by Mahindra at Auto Expo 2020. It is powered by a 15.9 kWh lithium-ion battery, which allows the car to travel up to 120 km on a full charge.

Porsche Tycoon

Porsche Tycoon’s electric sports car will also arrive in India this year. Po will be based on the Porsche Mission e-model, which was introduced in 2015. It is a sedan and will get power like a supercar. It could be a four-door, four-seater sports car. According to reports, the car will offer a range of up to 500 km on a single charge. The car can reach a speed of 10 kmph in 3.5 seconds.

Mercedes Benz EQS

Just last month, Mercedes-Benz introduced its EQS electric car to the international market. The car is listed on the official website of Mercedes India. The car could be launched in India by the end of 2021. The luxury car will be available in two trim-EQS 450+ and EQS 580 4MATIC. The EQS will be a 450+ base variant with a single electric motor. It will generate 325 bhp of power and 568 Nm of torque. The EQS 5804 MATIC will be powered by both front and rear axles, producing 516 bhp of power and 855 Nm of torque. The estimated cost of EQS will be Rs 1.75 crore.

Tata Ultras EV

The Indian company Tata’s UltraZ EV was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 2019. This is a fully electric hatchback car. This car can also be launched by the end of 2021. It will be powered by a lithium-ion battery. The car will cost around Rs 14 lakh.
